Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the package and item(s).

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue; however, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
